William J. Donoher, President & CEO
William J. (Bill) Donoher holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Missouri–Columbia and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He began his career in legal practice with a focus on commercial finance, then spent more than two decades in academia as a scholar, consultant, and administrator. During that time, he authored award-winning research on leadership and strategy and advised organizations across a wide range of industries.
After completing his service as a business school dean, he founded Analytica Management Consulting to work directly with organizations seeking thoughtful, practical guidance on strategy, leadership, and organizational performance. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys photography, music, sports, and the study of American history, particularly the Civil War.
